For several minutes Eldgrim only stared in disbelief at the queer sight his hazel eyes beheld, for at the far corner of a spider’s web in the bramble there rested a tiny human figure struggling and squirming, as a black and gray mottled spider slowly used it’s spinnerets to wrap up the tiny nude human. Returning once more to his senses Eldgrim reacted to the fascinating sight as his curiosity would not allow Eldgrim to let this tiny creature be the spider’s first meal of the day. Eldgrim, generally as a rule, loved spiders for they often ate other insects; but this was no disgusting insect caught in the spider’s web to be left as a tasty treat for the arachnid, this trapped tiny human creature was something that intrigued him. His hand stretched forth destroying the webbing and toppling the spider to the nearest limb of bramble.
The tiny tattooed human with pointy ears and horns continued to cry out for help even as Eldgrim held him safely and gently in the palm of his hand. It was at that moment that Eldgrim noticed a further oddity about the creature, it’s voice sounded as though it came from a fully human sized throat.
