I'm not really sure about the guy welcoming you to the throne but is it Alucard from Castlevania? I dont know much about it so I'm not sure.

Oooo! but heres something intresting. Yesterday I was cheching out vampire movies and the name castlevania came up. I knew the name and I'm obsessed with the art (I have about 50 saved on my comp in high resolution) so i quickly clicked it. Guess what? They're making a movie! I was about to die of happiness.
